CloudCuddle is the data controller with regard to the processing of your personal data by CloudCuddle.

How do we obtain your personal data?

The European General Data Protection Regulation states that no photos may be posted online without the express permission of the parents, guardians or legal representatives. Therefore CloudCuddle asks for written permission to post images of minors on the website, in newsletters and/or other media expressions.’

What are your rights?

Under the European General Data Protection Regulation you have a number of rights with regard to your data and its processing:

Access

If you would like to see the personal data that has been recorded about you at CloudCuddle, you can make a request for inspection.

Amend

If you wish to make any changes to the personal data that you have seen in response to a request for inspection, you may submit a request to that effect to CloudCuddle. You can request that CloudCuddle changes, corrects, adds to, removes or protects your personal data.

Restriction of processing

You also have the right, under certain conditions, to request CloudCuddle to restrict the processing of your personal data.

Right of objection

If a certain processing is carried out on the basis of the ‘legitimate interest’ of CloudCuddle or a third party, you have the right to object to that processing.

Data transfer

You have the right to obtain your personal data from CloudCuddle. CloudCuddle will provide this in a structured and common form, which can be easily opened in other common digital systems. This way you can also transfer your data to another provider.

Revoking consent

In all cases where the basis for a particular data processing is your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. This has no consequences for the past, but does mean that we are no longer allowed to process that data. It is possible that CloudCuddle will no longer be able to provide you with certain services as a result.

Response by CloudCuddle

A request can be sent to info@cloudcuddle.com. CloudCuddle will comply with your request as soon as possible and in any case no later than one (1) month after CloudCuddle has received such a request. If CloudCuddle rejects your request we will indicate in our response why the request is rejected.

Recipients of personal data

CloudCuddle may be obliged to provide your data to a third party, for example on the basis of a legal obligation.

What are cookies and how does CloudCuddle use them?
